Standards governance, change control, and versioning for the Order-Flow Standard.
Founder: Lucen Law
Operator: Arcer Governance LLP
A nonprofit public standard released from the UK.
Initiated by a Hong Kong founder, in collaboration with global AI practitioners.
OFS follows semantic versioning. Major versions (e.g., 2.x to 3.x) may introduce breaking changes to profiles or formats. Minor versions (e.g., 2.0 to 2.1) add backward-compatible features or clarifications.
Change proposals are reviewed by the governance body. Public comment periods precede all major version releases. Community feedback is collected via the Standards Desk.
| Version | Description |
|---|---|
| 2.1 | Interface-first standard: three explicit profiles (Civil Display, System Flow, Meaning-Time), adoption-first positioning, strengthened misuse guardrails, leap-second handling note. |
| 2.0 | Initial public release: Flow-Time axis, Meaning-Time layer, Civil Clock format, dual-display model, attention-first safeguards. |
